Filling out and submitting this form is the first step in making a Reservation at the Maplewood Inn & Motel in Casco, Maine, and essentially initiates a mutual agreement. Please provide us with all information we need to accurately secure one or more rooms for you. Please make sure that all data are correct, especially arrival date and length of stay. In case you're not 100% sure that you're actually going to need the Reservation, please do not proceed now, but gather more information first before you decide. -- Requests that can be fulfilled immediately on the basis of submitted infomation, will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours (after that we will call you for credit card information), in other cases we will contact you first to discuss possibilities and options. Room #3, upstairs, semi-shared bathroom, 1 Full Size bed

On the 2nd Floor of the B&B are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We can assign one of the bathrooms exclusively to your party, if it consists of 3 or 4 people (i.e. Room # 2) or if you rent 2 of the 3 rooms. If your party consists of 6 - 8 people, you could consider renting all 3 rooms, which gives you control of the entire 2nd floor including the 2 bathooms (ideal for familiy gatherings.)

Motel:

We would prefer Room #1, if available; if not any other motel room will do
We need Rooms #5 and #6 combined into a "suite"
Any room in the motel (Full Size + Queen)

The rooms in the motel are identical (Full Size + Queen each) except for Room #1, handicapped accessible, which has a Queen and a Twin, and an extra large bathroom with 'Drive-In" shower. For weekends in July and August there might be a 2 night minimum for stays. Please inquire. A 2 night minimum can be averted by paying a $15 surcharge applied to the rate for 1 night.

I have taken notice of the Maplewood Inn & Motel's policies as they apply to bookings. I understand that submitting this Reservation Request will result in a defacto Reservation if the requested room(s) is/are available, however, no booking is complete without a written confirmation from the Maplewood Inn, which will be send by e-mail or by regular mail.
